Under the individual basis, a business owner must comply with the maze of HR laws while maintaining multiple points of contact with disparate outside providers. Working with Algentis reduces the number of touch points to one and provides HR expertise and compliance.
Algentis provides its service offering to businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area with less than 100 employees. Algentis clients fall into one of three industry sectors:
1) Technology – high technology and biotechnology firms.
2) Financial Management – investment firms (e.g., hedge funds, private equity, venture capital).
3) Professional Services – advertising, animation, consulting, engineering, public relations, etc.
